She then moved to a major tech company, where she managed admin tasks for senior leaders. This included following global rules, planning events for nonprofit partners, and blending sales and marketing plans that raised efficiency by 25%. These jobs gave her strong knowledge of different business worlds, from profit-driven companies to charity groups, which fits well with Paramount's wide range of work.

Elena is certified in nonprofit rules and tax strategies. This lets her give solid advice on legal issues, money management, and marketing plans made for Paramount's clients. She brings a fun and friendly vibe to team work, often sharing uplifting ideas. But with outside partners, she stays professional and focused, always keeping things private and accurate.
