With a strong background in entrepreneurship, sales strategy, and organizational development, Kirk brings innovative thinking and execution-focused leadership to the Paramount team.

As Co-Founder of Paramount Offices, Kirk plays a key role in building scalable business infrastructure designed to support entrepreneurs, small businesses, and mission-driven organizations. His vision centers on creating professional environments and operational systems that enable leaders to focus on growth, impact, and long-term sustainability.

Kirk is also the Founder and CEO of Event Sales Hub, where he helps event organizers, speakers, and business owners design, market, and scale high-impact live and virtual events. His expertise in revenue generation, sales systems, and customer engagement provides Paramount with valuable insight into sustainable growth and monetization strategies.

Earlier in his career, Kirk founded Rescue Site Services, a company dedicated to implementing Automated External Defibrillator (AED) programs and emergency cardiovascular care training for businesses and communities. Motivated by firsthand experience responding to a cardiac emergency, Kirk built the organization with a clear purpose: to save lives and empower individuals through preparedness and education.
