With an extensive background in enterprise operations and team development, Bryant currently serves as a Scrum Master for a major national banking institution, where he leads cross-functional teams, drives process improvement, and helps organizations operate with greater clarity, accountability, and efficiency. His expertise in Agile frameworks, organizational leadership, and performance optimization enables him to guide teams through complex challenges while maintaining alignment with long-term strategic objectives.

Bryant holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western International University, providing him with a strong foundation in business strategy, organizational management, and financial decision-making. His ability to translate high-level vision into executable action makes him a trusted advisor and governance leader within Paramount Impact.

Beyond his professional career, Bryant is deeply committed to service and community development. He has extensive volunteer leadership experience and previously served a two-year mission in Mexico, reinforcing his lifelong dedication to mentorship, service, and uplifting others.
